+--------------------------------+ +--------------------------------+ ASTERIODAL OCCULTATION - REPORT FORM +--------------------------------+ +--------------------------------+ EAON & IOTA-ES EUROPEAN ASTEROIDAL OCCULTATION NETWORK INTERNATIONAL OCCULTATION TIMING ASSOCIATION EUROPEAN SECTION +--------------------------------+ +--------------------------------+ 1 DATE : 19/SEPT/2006 STAR : TYC 1879-02151-1 ASTEROID : (144) Vibilia 2.OBSERVER: Name: Stefano SPOSETTI Address: CH-6525 Gnosca, Switzerland E-mail: stefanosposetti@ticino.com 3.OBSERVING STATION: Nearest city: CH-6500 Bellinzona Station: Gnosca Observatory Latitude: 46deg 13min 54sec (N) Longitude: 9deg 1min 30sec (E) Altitude: 260 m Single/Multiple: single 5.TELESCOPE: Type: Newtonian Aperture: 40cm Magnification: - Mount: equatorial Motor drive: yes 6.TIMING & RECORDING: Occultation recorded: POSITIVE Personal Equation Substracted: No because of electronic timing Event Time in UT Code: HH:MM:SS.ss S.ss Code: HH:MM:SS.ss S.ss S 01:28:45 D 01:32:05.5 ± 0.2s R 01:32:10.6 ± 0.2s E 01:36:30 Duration of the occultation: 5.10s ± 0,1s Timekeeping: via Computer ( "Dimension4" software) . Mode of recording: CCD drift-scan ("Winscan 207" software). Device of recording: CCD 7.OBSERVING CONDITIONS: Atmospheric transparency: good/fair Wind: none Star image stability: poor Temperature: +14 deg C 8.ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: This report corrects and substitute the last one because of timing problems. The image stability and the seeing were poor. The dimming of the light of the target was difficult to notice on the drift-scan image. The sampling of the drift-scan image was 0.01s/pixel. I put an elaborated image of the scan here: http://aida.astroinfo.org/displayimage.php?pos=-2521 This is my 4th positive occultation from my fixed observatory since 2000.
